Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead a focused initiative to modernize our existing product UI framework by integrating the latest Oracle UI technology stack, including Oracle JET (OJET) and Oracle Redwood design system. This role will primarily focus on upgrading the user interface, ensuring it aligns with Oracle's latest technologies and design standards, while maintaining seamless integration with the back-end.

Responsibilities:

Lead the migration and enhancement of the UI framework to Oracle JET (OJET) and Oracle Redwood design principles.
Develop modern, responsive, and interactive front-end interfaces using OJET and Oracle Redwood UI components.
Collaborate with the back-end development team to ensure smooth integration between the front-end and back-end systems.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user-centric, visually appealing designs while adhering to Oracle's Redwood guidelines.
Optimize UI performance and scalability, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Ensure compatibility of the new UI framework across devices and platforms while maintaining cross-browser functionality.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
Proven experience with Oracle JET (OJET) and implementing Oracle Redwood design principles.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular).
Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python) and API development.
Expertise in integrating complex UI components and ensuring optimal performance.
Solid experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UI best practices.
An engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech) from a reputable institution, with a strong and consistent academic record.
