The Release Engineering team strives to increase the velocity of innovation to our cloud services and ensure overall developer productivity. To be successful in this role:

You have experience in development, testing and systems automation.
You have experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery principles in the domain of cloud-based web applications.
You are a firm believer in pipeline-as-code.
You are passionate about end-to-end automation of all aspects of the delivery pipeline.

Manager Development Operations Release Engineering is hands-on and technical role, focusing on automating services using the latest technology for Oracle Fusion Applications. The goal is to smoothly transition source code to the cloud. This position involves solving complex issues within a specialized domain, requiring advanced technical and business skills. Autonomy in tasks is at a medium level, with regular reporting to management. Collaboration with a global team underscores the need to work with diverse cultures and prevent conflicts. As a Senior Manager you will be leading a small team, where you have to mentor, coach, and monitor their output. Have regular 1:1 and guide the team, define their goals, measure and rate them.
