Job Description
The Lead Developer for the IT CLOCS Team will work as part of the larger team to help in the design, development, integration, and support of applications that support Huntingtons Corporate Communications, Physical Security, Enterprise Risk, and Compliance teams, while helping to ensure consistency with company strategy and goals.

To be successful, the candidate must be driven and well-organized, with strong learning and multi-tasking abilities. It is essential for the individual to be self-motivated and tenacious, thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and complete tasks on agreed schedules. The team will look to this individual to assist in the production releases, perform research, and aid in the resolution of production incident tickets and the completion of design, development, and integration activities.

Responsibilities
Mentor and lead junior team members.
Collaborate with other development teams for integration and deployment.
Write and deliver complex code and modules to meet requirements, functional, and technical specifications.
Participate and facilitate stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, task identification, estimating sessions, and sprint retrospectives.
Participate in solution architecture definition and documentation processes.
Define, plan, and develop services, solutions, and frameworks to provide best-fit solutions along with enterprise architecture for projects in adherence with Huntington standards.
Provide technical and consultative support on complex technical matters.
Frequently work with outside vendor representatives and technical teams that interface with internal applications.
Show drive and interest in learning new systems, applications, technologies, and, most importantly, business domains.
Show an understanding of industry standards and practices and knowledge of technical industry trends as they apply to Huntington.
Must be willing to be part of a 24x7 on-call support rotation.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technology-related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
Must have a minimum of 5 years of enterprise software development experience with experience in solution design.

Technical Skills - Must Have
In-depth knowledge of .NET infrastructure
9+ years of coding experience in .NET Framework, .NET core, MVC, and Entity Framework
Experience developing web-based applications using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Proficient in using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
Sound knowledge of n-Tier architectures, frameworks, and design patterns
Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, Web Services)
Strong background in object-oriented development techniques

Technical Skills - Nice to Have
Prior experience with Telerik
2-3 years of experience in Typescript and other front-end libraries like React, Angular, jQuery.
