Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Developer to design and develop compelling user interfaces and seamless user experiences for cloud-based applications and services. The UI/UX Developer will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive elements of different applications (including cloud but not limited to), ensuring that they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with industry best practices and user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints, and translate them into effective UI/UX designs for Azure/AWS cloud applications.
2. Design and develop responsive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces for cloud-based applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across devices and platforms.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate UI/UX design concepts, interaction flows, and visual specifications, and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, end users, and usability testing.
4. Work closely with Solution Architects and Developers to integrate UI/UX designs into applications (including cloud), leveraging cloud services and components to achieve a cohesive and consistent user interface.
5. Champion user-centered design principles and best practices, ensuring that UI/UX designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and engagement, and align with Azure design guidelines and standards.
Collaborate with front-end developers to translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive, and performant user interfaces, maintaining visual consistency and fidelity throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points, and leverage findings to enhance and iterate on UI/UX designs.
Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and advocate for the adoption of innovative design techniques and tools to elevate the quality of Azure cloud UI/UX solutions.
