Job Description

We are in search of a proficient Salesforce UI Developer with a solid foundation in UI development
and at least 5 years of comprehensive IT experience, including a minimum of 2 years focused on
Salesforce front end development. The candidate must possess expertise in creating and
implementing high-quality web applications with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and
utilizing the Salesforce Lightning Design Systems grid framework. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum
practices is essential, along with a strong affinity for responsive design and collaborative
development processes.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Design and Development:
- Design and develop user interfaces within the Salesforce ecosystem using Lightning Web
Components.
- Utilize Salesforces grid system to create responsive and adaptive web applications.
- Work with Apex controllers and Salesforce data models to integrate UI components seamlessly.
2. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the UX/UI design teams to ensure the Salesforce interfaces are visually appealing
and userfriendly.
- Liaise with back-end developers to ensure accurate and efficient data integration.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and contribute to project success.
3. Scrum & Agile Process:
- Actively participate in Scrum sessions, providing progress updates and identifying any
impediments.
- Apply Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
- Assist in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to enhance team synergy and project output.
4. Reporting:
- Maintain transparency with daily updates on progress, timelines, and any challenges faced.
- Proactively communicate any risks or delays to the Scrum Master or Project Lead.
Qualifications : A minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a proven track record in UI development.
- At least 2 years of dedicated experience with Salesforce UI development, including expertise in
Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in responsive design, particularly with Salesforces grid system.
- Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse team members and
stakeholders.
- Prior experience with Salesforce communities and the Syncfusion Library is beneficial.
