Job Description Responsibilities
Frontend Development
Developing interactive and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Vue. JS and JavaScript etc.,
Implementing user experience UXdesigns and ensuring a smooth and intuitive user interface.
Optimizing web applications for performance, scalability, and crossbrowser compatibility.
Backend Development
Building serverside logic using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Designing and developing RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the frontend and backend systems.
Implementing business logic, data validation, and security measures on the server side.
Integrating with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB to store and retrieve data.
Database Management
Designing and creating database schemas that support the applications requirements.
Writing efficient database queries and optimizing database performance.
Implementing data models and relationships using tools like Object Relational Mapping ORM frameworks such as Django ORM or SQLAlchemy.
Testing and Debugging
Writing unit tests, integration tests, and endtoend tests to ensure the application functions correctly and meets the requirements.
Debugging and troubleshooting issues, identifying and resolving bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Deployment and DevOps
Configuring and managing development, staging, and production environments. Qualification and Skills Required
Strong understanding of web development concepts
Proficiency in Python programming
Experience working with frontend and backend frameworks
Prior experience working in a DevOps environment
Demonstrable experience in ITIL Operations to tackle complex challenges in web application development
Experience of working in agile, lean and cloud environments
Strong Web based application development and production support or service recovery experience preferably in banking or financial domain
Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach
A strong track record of delivery and supporting successful implementations
Must be a self starter, able to work independently for long periods of time and remain focused on delivery of project objectives. Must be self motivated, proactive, resourceful and enthusiastic.
Excellent communications skills written and verbal with capability to simplify complex technical concepts in to the language of the business and nontechnical audience.
