Job Description:
As a Business Analyst you act as the interface between technology organizations and the end user requestor as it relates to technology needs Plans conducts and directs the analysis of business needs that require resolution through custom application interfaces and/or other technical solutions Assists in client specification and needs analysis program interfaces between various applications test interfaces and the implementation of projects Works directly with clients and internal customers to provide ongoing training answer application questions support user needs and recommend solutions
Responsibilities:
- Data analysis experience with working on large volume of data
- Database design and setup based on requirements published by regulator
- System migration experience with data element map gap related tasks
- Understanding of Financial data General ledger and Contractual level Wholesale & Retail products
- SQL BRD FRD writing JIRA working knowledge
- Individual contributor who can define and prioritize work i.e create plan execute roadmap
- Good communication skills who can talk with business to understand and clarify requirements
- Who can find solutions to problems and not afraid of getting others involved for clarifications
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
