ASP.Net Core MVC , REST API , TypeScript , Entity Framework , SQL , Oracle/SQL Server, HTML 5, CSS 3, React JS. Troubleshoot and optimize for performance and scalability. Proficient in .NET Core, C#, and familiarity with architecture styles/APIs for coding and unit testing (.NET core, c#, RESTful APIs, Microservices, SQL, Integration Patterns, Experience working on Agile/Scrum, Good Communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Set coding standards and best practices for the team to follow.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Project Management:
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Software Development:
Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure .Net applications.
Utilize best practices in software development to ensure high quality and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Architecture and Design:
Develop and maintain application architecture and design documents.
Ensure the architecture meets the current and future needs of the business.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Continuous Improvement:
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Encourage and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .Net technologies.
Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, MVC, and related technologies.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL Server, Oracle).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in .Net technologies or related fields.
