Senior Project Manager
Job Description
1. Project and Program Management: 20 years of experience in delivery management and program management within the banking industry, with demonstrated success managing large-scale banking delivery projects
2. Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for banking clients, conducting monthly governance reviews and proactively managing customer expectations to foster strong, lasting relationships.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor large teams (150+ members), driving high performance, growth, and collaboration in an onsite/offshore delivery model.
4. Profit & Loss (P&L) Management: Own and drive P&L for substantial banking portfolios, ensuring profitability and effective cost management.
5. Pre-sales and Business Development: Support pre-sales efforts, collaborate on proposals, and contribute to business growth strategies for banking clients.
6. Operational Excellence: Implement CMMI quality procedures and Agile methodologies, leveraging project management tools to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery across projects.
Domain Expertise: Good Knowledge in Wealth management. Apply the knowledge of the banking sector to solve complex problems, innovate in service delivery, and discuss technologies relevant to banking industry trends
