Job Description

The Digi-Flex program aims to deliver the highest content quality experience for digital content across the globe, in multiple languages. We believe high-quality content and service will help us win the trust and loyalty of customers.

As part of the Digi-Flex org that supports operations for our IMDb global content business partners, the primary responsibility of this role is - under general supervision perform tasks related to content for the IMDb catalog quality such as checking and/or fixing Metadata, perform quality checks on content & image, editorial writing with entertainment industry knowledge to source content from studios, movie sites etc.

The associate will be required to use various tools and systems to perform the above tasks and capture data on a daily basis to meet the team/individual productivity and quality goals. The tasks will primarily be repetitive in nature and will require the individual to make judgment-based decisions by referring to guidelines provided in the SOP. The individual will also need to identify and report any process/tool related issues, if and when they arise.

Key job responsibilities
- Content Moderation: Moderate IMDb content based on the SOPs and leveraging critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Collaboration: Work within team and take ownership in various activities. Actively participate in calibration, team huddles and share suggestions.
- Problem identification: Give attention to the daily process and share the challenges with supervisors for improvement.- Must be a graduate in any stream
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Flexible to work in various workflows.
- Open to learn new tools and technologies.
- Willingness to work on repetitive work on day-to-day basis.
- Ability to handle subjective decision making with high level of attention to detail, and not be totally dependent on only SOP/standard operating procedure guidelines.
- Passion for English/Indian language movies/TV Series with an interest to keep themselves updated on current entertainment news and industry trends.
