What you need to know about the role-
The role is a PM Coordinator, who organises and manages the various parts of a project to ensure its success. The resource must have hands on experience with respect to understanding the use cases/project/deliverable status and in building the necessary program management related slides, metrics etc.

This is a Finance Technology and insights team.The resource will need to work across all leads across various projects being within the FTI Team.

This role is critical as it is essential to enable the team project the teams work status accurately and effectively to leadership. The role will be required to liaison with the team based in India and US. The role will need to work across all leads across various projects being within the FTI Team.

Your day to day:

As a PM coordinator the resource needs to organise and manage the various parts of a project to ensure its success.
assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports, decks, presentations, newsletters and updates for the project/program manager and other members of management.
Working on PM tools like Jira or SNOW.
Generating insights using visualisation tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
Creating presentations, decks, newsletters, reports, docs needed for PM activities.
Establish a consistent project management framework and develop processes to deliver high quality software, in rapid iterations, for business partners in multiple geographies.
Participate in a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools etc.
Establish a productive and collaborative team environment to ensure there is a strong customer focus in all activities of the function at all times.

What do you need to bring-

9-13 years overall experience, 5+ years experience in Business System analyst or Project/Program management and Coordination.
Good presentation and project management skills.
Hands-On experience with tools like Power BI, PPT, Tableau, Jira etc.
Strong experience in PM coordination - assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports, decks, presentations, newsletters and updates for the project/program manager and other members of management.
Strong experience in stakeholder management.
Experience extracting data from a variety of sources, and a desire to expand those skills.
Must be results focused and highly energetic to drive defined team and organizational goals.
Given the growth nature of this business, individual must be pragmatic and capable of working in a fast moving and entrepreneurial environment
Highly detailed with a systematic approach, sense of responsibility and strong, positive customer focus
