Job Description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the end-to-end solution architecture of MDM solutions including data model definition and refinement, data quality assessment and remediation design, data migration strategy, data stewardship process and system interaction design.
Understand the technical landscape current as well as desired future state Assess the current state architecture & understand current business processes for managing Master Data Management solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise on data architecture and data integration implementations across various downstream system
Extensive hands on experience in configurations of core Informatica MDM Hub components such as Hub console, Hub Store, Hub Server, Cleanse/Match Server and Cleanse Adaptor
Ability to deliver full lifecycle MDM projects for clients including Data modeling, Metadata management, design and configuration of matching and merging rules, design and configuration of standardizing, cleansing and deduplication rules.
Ability to design E360 UI with Business Entity framework
Ability to work on IDQ mappings development
Ability to fine-tune and optimize MDM Hub performance Hands-on experience with ActiveVOS, Informatica MDM Service Integration Framework (SIF) and Informatica Business Entity Services (BES)
Will also be involved in integration/transfer of data across multiple systems, streamlining data processes and providing access to MDM data across the enterprise.
Create Design Document and data models addressing business needs for the MDM environment - Contribute to creating reusable assets and accelerators for MDM platforms.
Coordinate with Project Managers and participate in project planning and recurring meetings

Any degree

EXPERIENCE

With 9+ years of professional work experience in delivering software products
Required skills- Informatica MDM (MDM and IDQ development skills), MDM knowledge with hands on experience, Gitlab
Excellent SQL hands-on experience
Nice to have skills-Java, BigQuery, IBM MDM, SAS, UNIX
Data Analysis, end to end ownership from requirements till batch deployment/monitoring
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, across diverse systems and groups
Ability to facilitate, understand, and contribute to technical discussions.

Collaborates extensively and offers proactive support to team members and other areas.
Able to participate/lead meetings for complex initiatives and contribute to the discussion including asking the right questions to drive business requirements.
