Windows Server- Basic knowledge and familiarity with Windows server. Understanding of what a registry familiarity with services and understanding the concept of certificates.
Load Balancing- Understanding of load balancing and how it works.
Web Servers- Basic knowledge of web servers. Understanding of what a web server is and how it works. Basic understanding of Apache is a plus.
Databases- Basic knowledge of databases. Comfortable with the concept of a database. Must possess basic or rudimentary knowledge of SQL and be capable of reading and understanding SQL queries. In-depth knowledge is a plus.
Java and JavaScript- Knowledge or familiarity with Java and JavaScript. While not expected to write Java code must be able to interpret it primarily able to read the logs.
Business Analysis Skills- Intermediate or strong business analysis skills.
Communication Skills- Good communication skills both verbal and written.

Basic knowledge and familiarity with Windows server
Need to know what registry is.
Need to be familiar with services.
Need to understand the concept of certificates a plus but not a show stopper if a candidate is not familiar with it
Need to understand load balancing and how it works.
Basic knowledge of Web servers
We use Apache Tomcat there are others candidate need to understand what a web server is and how it works.
Basic understanding of Apache is a real plus
Basic knowledge of the databases
We use Oracle this is not a showstopper but candidate must be comfortable with the concept of a database
