Job Description
Skill Set:
Client Engagement
Regular connects (min weekly) with client
Understand client roadmap, key objectives, project/resource pipeline
Get regular client feedback, work on improvements, check ways to make client successful
Immediate resource requirements, fulfiling demands, ensure onboarding
Upto date paper work, timesheets, invoicing
Team Activities
Engage resources from start (share R&R) and ensure completion of necessary trainings, align resource under proper technical group
Have regular team connects (weekly preferred) and understand resource work, suggest improvements and talk to client if needed
Collaborate with other LOB owners on resource releases, training needs
Provide regular feedback to resources, work on half yearly appraisals, promotion nominations
Work with PMO on work orders, CRs, timesheets and invoicing
Leadership
Have regular connect on team performance
Have frequent connects on demands and fulfilment
Update from client connects
Work on other organization mandate activities (will be distributed among all LOB owners)
Put a development plan for each LOB owner & ensure to build backup
Check the spend Vs PO value.
