Informatica Developer Thryve Digital Health LLP is an emerging global healthcare partner that delivers strategic innovation expertise and flexibility to its healthcare partners Being a US healthcare conglomerate captive we have direct access to deeper insights that help us accelerate our learning process and keeps us ahead of the curve Thryve delivers next generation solutions that enable our healthcare partners to provide positive experiences to their consumers Our global collaborative of healthcare operations and IT experts creates innovative and sustainable processes for our clients which keeps the ever evolving consumers engaged and assists them in managing the future of their healthcare better We recognize that our people are our strength and the diverse talents they bring to our global workforce are directly linked to our success Thryve is an equal opportunity employer and places a high value on integrity diversity and inclusion in the organization We do not discriminate on the basis of any protected attribute For more information about the organization please visit www thryvedigital com Justification The 2024 Quality STI and Quality HEDIS DE Medicaid platform migration requirements have been developed and compared with current state resource demand and supply In order to meet business needs milestones we are standing up a temporary team to work on the DE Medicaid migration and Quality STI data integration items Role Summary As a ETL Developer need to prepare the Requirement and Mapping document by analyzing and understanding source and target tables Essential Responsibilities Responsible for the development of ETL scripts Resolving manual conversion PowerCenter objects creating IDMC compatible workflows from the existing PowerCenter code as part of a standard SCRUM execution team This effort is inclusive of testing and deployment of the resulting workflow Responsible for managing the test data corresponding to the testing approach applied Create and implement upgrade code Assist Team Lead in Implementing plans and strategies for functionality and integrity Troubleshoot defects and manage defect tracking and resolution processes so that a consistent Documented process is used and followed Fully document any unexpected anomalies or defects identified in testing with instruction of how to recreate each Ensure that defects and requirement variances are being appropriately communicated to development for correction Work with team resources to discuss and troubleshoot issues Perform effective version control management in all aspects of documentation script output Liaise with developers testers and business domain experts to better understand requirements and produce effective scripts and concept of software features Educational Qualification Engineering BE or BTech or MCA degree from a reputed College University Must Have Healthcare Domain experience Strong knowledge and extensive working experience of SQL Strong working knowledge in ETL processes and workflow Informatica PowerCenter is must and IDMC a plus Experience with Tidal Workflow Automation is a bonus Relational Database SQL experience a must SQL Server and Oracle preferred A good understanding of the software development process Good communications and consultancy skills Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language Experience in both Agile and waterfall Methodologies 3 to 6 years of experience in ETL Development
