- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Juniper switches and routers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to BGP, OSPF, and other routing protocols.
- Develop, maintain, and update network documentation using tools like Visio or Lucid Chart.
- Create, configure, and troubleshoot VPNs, DMVPNs, and IPsec site-to-site tunnels to ensure secure connectivity.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and implementation for Palo Alto firewalls, including VPNs, NAT, security policies, security profiles, HA, RMA processes, and Panorama integration.
- Collaborate with ISPs and third-party vendors to coordinate network operations and resolve issues as needed.
- Support SD-WAN solutions, particularly HP/Aruba, and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle escalation calls and ensure that all issues are addressed and resolved within SLA timelines (P1, P2).
- Manage centralized network configurations using Panorama and Juniper Mist.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize port channels, NAT, STP, RSTP, VTP, HSRP, and VRRP.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies and be able to implement them effectively.
- Facilitate cross tower collaboration and effective communication with all the stake holders.
