Managing Principal Consultant
Job Description
This role requires a balance of technical, management, and business skills to effectively lead a team and deliver high-quality Siebel projects in the Telecom industry.
Qualifications:
- - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- - A minimum of 10 years of experience in OSS development and management, including at least 3 years in the Telecom industry.
- - Strong knowledge of OSS & Network technologies, including OSM, UIM , ASAP, and workflows.
- - Excellent leadership and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- - Certifications in Oracle OSS products and project management are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Communications and OSS domain.
- Strong knowledge of Network domain such as Wireless, Cable, DSL, VoIP.
- Strong knowledge of OSS Fulfillment, Activation COTS applications, their purpose and use in telecom operators.
- Experience with OSS Products across Inventory / Order management / Activation / Provisioning applications
- Experience of Automation SDLC to perform code build, Test and deployment using CI tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo etc.
- Good to have if Knowledge in Oracle Communications RODOD /RSDOD / SNO solution and Service and Network Orchestration Fulfillment Solution SNO
- Effective customer interfacing and inter-personal skills
- Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Willing to travel
