Job Description - Grade Specific

Possesses a high level of autonomy and needs limited top cover to operate at mid management level with either a breadth of experience as an MandC Business Partner Manages the MandC Function for a specific part of a business or manages a small team of experts Can contribute to setting the MandC strategy, starts providing direction and able to influence at a senior level.

Job Description:

MBA preferred, Bachelors degree required.
Proficiency in packaging and commercial printing/decoration techniques, including flexo, offset, gravure, and screen printing.
Strong knowledge of project management, design approval systems, and the processes/systems for artwork asset management and artwork asset sheet processes.

Primary Skills:

12+ years of experience in FMCG Packaging Graphics/Artwork/Design [Corporate or Agency On-Site].
Expertise in packaging artwork, adaptation, prepress processes, and color reproduction/management technologies.

Secondary Skills:

Experience managing direct reports.
Strong experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
