Job Description

Subject matter experts in Marketing and Comms provide business stakeholders with specialized advice on their subjects, and act as an advisor leveraging on a specific MC expertise. Shehe.is a person with indepth, unique knowledge and expertise on a specific subject or in a particular industry ex digital marketing, internal comms, telecom,etc.

Job Description:

Have excellent project management skills.
Can manage stakeholders independently and ensure business continuity.
Can think creatively and out of the box.
Can work as an individual contributor as well as a collaborator.
Can lead and manage a team of junior internal communications editors.
Has extensive experience in working in a cross-cultural B2B environment, stakeholder- and project management, including budgeting.
Proven track record of extensive content writing and/or copywriting experience.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite. Basic image editing skills is mandatory. Knowledge of Photoshop and video making/editing will be an added advantage.

Primary Skills:

Should be a postgraduate with a background in journalism, communications, public relations, or marketing (exposure to marketing is an added advantage).
Has minimum 10 years of working experience and at least 4 years of experience in strategizing and executing internal communications. Prior experience with leadership communications would be an added advantage.

Secondary Skills:

Proficient in the use of content management systems for creating and publishing content.
Can adapt to the latest communication tools especially Viva Engage, LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms.
