Incentives+Media Shopping Journeys Product Manager
Job Description
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience in retail media, digital media, eCommerce, or marketing technology.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel shopper behavior, media strategy, and path-to-purchase dynamics.
- Experience with personalization, segmentation, and/or audience-building platforms.
- Passion for building connected experiences that blend media, offers, and consumer behavior insights.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, design, engineering, and analytics teams.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially in framing shopper journeys for internal stakeholders and clients.
Preferred Skills:
- Core product management skills including agile/scrum methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience working with or for grocery retailers, CPG brands, or loyalty platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as CDPs, DMPs, media orchestration platforms, and incentive management platforms.
- Background in behavioral science, customer experience design, or CRM a plus.
