How will you make an impact in this role?

Description of Role Need –

Invoice processing to vendors and Intercompany which is highly complex and time critical India FX payments following Strict Regulatory RBI requirements.
Critical process of handling annual volume of ~5K Invoices with the value ~130MM USD
Handling internal & external customer queries through strong and clear communication skills
Working on month end activities which includes MJE, reporting and accounting clearance activities.
Collaboration with different team such as corporate controllership, Taxation, external chartered accountants, Audit partners, Banking partners etc.
High Level of accuracy and attention to detailKey responsibilities:
Keeping track of regular & urgent invoices for on time FX payments
Managing compliance requirements & invoice processing in payment system
Provide advisory and guidance to stakeholders through strong and clear communication skills
Be a key leader for sharing insights, better practices, and control enhancements across payment processes
Drive operational efficiency and maintain high accuracy and productivity standards for the team
Be skilled at prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
On time payments
Lead meetings & discussions independently with great communication skills and can be go to person for stake holders.
Adhering to compliance standards and manage escalations.

Academic Background:

Must be a Graduate with Commerce background or higher with minimum work experience of 2 - 3 years,

Functional Skills/Capabilities:

Must posses good accounting, MS Excel - Must have strong results-orientation, resourcefulness, and flexibility to overcome significant obstacles to goal achievement in a high-pressure environment - Excellent team player with strong inter-personal skills. Good accounting knowledge, good communication (verbal & written) skills, Experience in bank/account reconciliation
