How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

Acting as an SME on data front for all kind of Operational and SLT reporting for entire TLS Backoffice function
Ensuring seamless delivery of assigned activities and projects
Execute fact-based analysis that helps the Operations in taking decisions to improve process performance
Strengthen foundation by exploring bigdata platforms (CS, Lumi,etc.) for new tables/missing metrics and maintain/create data ODLs for MIS and analysis
Partner and collaborate with teams and create insights/MIS that will help stakeholders to understand overall performance of servicing team
Manage end to end process for lodging commissions payments received by the 3^rd party vendor
Apply data analytics to identify reasons for payment mismatch and report inconsistencies
Review 3rd party vendor payment & booking data for potential areas of improvement or concern
Work closely with Vendor/Global teams to review commission payments processed across all markets
Handle data queries from Leadership & Stakeholders
Create Reporting Dashboard for Senior leadership and stakeholders
Collecting and analyzing data and drawing conclusions with rich quantitative methodology. Deliver trend and data analysis across the reporting suite.
Work closely with the relevant teams and experts to develop key messaging and communicate to hotel partners and key stakeholders.
Creatively problem solve with very little direction and able to drive initiatives forward independently.
Manage ad-hoc projects and prepare updates and strategic presentations

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to leverage technology to solve for reporting needs -Skilled in Advance SQL, VBA, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R etc.
Extensive Exposure of MS tools advance MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access
Data modelling experience is a must
Experience in presenting & communicating to senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret data and produce significant conclusions to the leadership team. Experience of working in an analytical role which involved comprehensive reporting and data analysis
Drive Collection, revenue growth and profitability through advanced analytical techniques
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey a clear & compelling message
Passion for customer experience and understanding of external business trends.
Executive Presence
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. You will have access to sensitive data where a high level of integrity is required
Track record building and encouraging positive relationships
Extremely organized with significant attention to detail
Experience in the travel industry is an advantage
Successful experience working in a complex matrix structure

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent business knowledge of Travel systems and/ key performance metrics/infrastructure is an advantage
3-6 years of overall experience and 3 years of related domain in Business Analysis.
The Person should hold a Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree
Open to work any shift between 10:30 am to 10:30 pm window (Mostly fixed shifts but should be flexible to meet needs of the Business)
Prior Experience of working on Big Data, LUMI, IDN and Cornerstone will be an added advantage
