The Colleague Experience Group (formerly HR) is focused on providing a great colleague experience every day. Our mission is to obsess over understanding the colleague experience at a deeper level to co-create simple and great ways of working that enable everyone to be and deliver their best. Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable that great colleague experience. The organization builds and operates products and services to enable CEG and the business                           

The Colleague Administration team serves as the operational engine behind HR services, providing end-to-end back-office support to the Enterprise for self-service and operational requests throughout the colleague lifecycle. They ensure the smooth execution of core CEG processes, colleague data transactions and organizational changes in the core HR system as well as processing high-volume administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the team that ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of CEG transactions and colleague data across the Enterprise as we as serve as a critical operational backbone for core HR systems and processes. By maintaining high standards of accuracy and responsiveness, the team contributes directly to organizational efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Oversee and ensure the execution and maintenance of colleague data transactions within platforms such as Oracle HCM, upholding data integrity across all HR processes.

·         Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to guarantee accurate and timely processing of transactions and effective process execution throughout the colleague lifecycle.

·         Ensure all changes and transactions adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements, setting the standard for compliance within the team.

·         Uphold and enhance process documentation standards, supporting internal and external audits through robust and accurate record keeping.

·         Lead the team responsible for processing operational and organisational change requests in Oracle HCM, ensuring consistency and quality in delivery.

·         Act as the primary point of contact with internal servicing, technology, product teams and vendors, driving the smooth resolution of complex cases.

·         Present insightful reporting and data analysis to senior leadership to inform roadmaps, identify trends and shape continuous improvement plans

·         Manage relationships with vendors for outsourced HR operations, ensuring service quality, compliance, and alignment with internal standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Experience in leading and managing a high performing HR operations/back-office team in a matrixed, HR Shared Services environment

·         Demonstrated experience and understanding of cloud core HR platforms, such as Oracle, SuccessFactors and Workday (Oracle preferred)

·         Ability to communicate and influence across stakeholders, cross functional teams and geographical boundaries

·         Strong attention to detail and data integrity

·         Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures

·         Experience in managing operational workflows and escalations

·         Strong problem solving and analytical skills

·         Demonstrated ability and confidence in working with data and analysis to identify trends and opportunities

·         High proficiency in MS tools such as Excel and PowerPoint

·         Familiarity with regulatory, compliance and risk management concepts within the HR operations landscape
