Job Description

Provide dedicated support and knowledge across the Asia Pacific region, and contribute to product adoption and market penetration.
Ensure timely resolution and support relationships and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and vendor teams through scaled support.
Provide analysis of customer feedback, support data, product performance metrics, and provide valuable insights to improve future product development and marketing efforts.
Develop knowledge of Google products, enable support, and issue resolution.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with product strategy, technical product integration, or solution design in a client-facing role.
Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.

Preferred qualifications:

1 year of experience using objective based methodical approaches to analyze problems and identify root causes that culminate in offering data-driven solutions and recommendations.
Knowledge of product capabilities, updates and improvements, features, benefits, uses, and support needs.
Ability to develop detailed project plans ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
Ability to combine technical and financial data to differentiate and position the value of products, services, and solutions.
