Amazon's dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) team is seeking a highly motivated Program Specialist to support our growing operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you'll play a pivotal role in driving speed and efficiency across various TA functions.

In this role, In this role, you will leverage your strong organizational skills to assist the TA team with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities related to technology and tools. You will be the driving force behind ensuring seamless execution of processes/tool launch, enabling the team on adopting the changes. As a part of this team, you will be expected to not just be a problem solver, but also be the one who will define a problem and then own it from there on.

You will own the issue management queues, responding to inquiries promptly and routing requests to the appropriate team members. Your exceptional attention to detail will be critical in monitoring action items, following up on tasks, and ensuring timely closure of agreed-upon deliverables.

Utilizing your data analysis skills, you will churn out insights and reports to inform TA decision-making. You will also publish regular status updates on ongoing TA projects and initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed and fostering transparency across the team.

As a skilled specialist, you will spearhead the rollout and management of stakeholder surveys, designing survey questions, coordinating communication, and analyzing results. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination and execution of various TA programs and projects, such as reviews, training, engagement, and implementation activities.
This role requires a proactive approach, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to driving speed and efficiency. You will exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will stay up-to-date on TA policies, procedures, technology features and updates and best practices to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards.

Key job responsibilities
• Leverage Excel and other data analysis tools to churn out insights and reports that inform TA decision-making

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
