Job Description

Develop and customize ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Design, configure, and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate ITSM processes.
Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
Perform system administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, and platform upgrades to maintain optimal performance.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation and support of ITSM functionalities.

Primary Skills

ServiceNow Development: Customizing ITSM modules using JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Workflow Automation: Designing automated workflows and business rules.
Integration: Connecting ServiceNow with third-party systems via APIs.
System Administration: Managing users, security, and platform upgrades.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.
