Job Description

Mandatory Skills – Hands-on Operations experience (processes like IM, PM); strong communication (verbal & written); Focused and Strong bridge handling skills; ITSM tools (SNOW preferred); Basics of Virtualization, Cloud Architecture, Kubernetes, VMWare, Linux and Computer Networking.

Nice to have – ITIL Certification; Logs analysis (ElasticStack, Kibana, Grafana), JIRA, Monitoring tools (ThousandEyes, Solarwind, etc).
