Job Description

Experience in Cisco Routing and Switching, Cisco Wireless Network, Cisco ISE
Lead the operations and provide troubleshooting and analyze technical problems on all types of networking services, equipment, and devices in the environment.
Participates in Major Incident Management activities, identifying network performance issues and trends. (e.g., Identifies failing network components, tracing of network traffic).
Coordinates resolution activities with IT groups across systems and platforms. Provide detailed design and technical review of network changes, including the troubleshooting of any network related issues.
Monitors alarms, opens corresponding tickets, diagnoses, resolves, documents the issue, takes escalations from junior engineers and escalates as needed.
Provide expert-level consultation, solution design, and implementation planning to internal teams and customers. Participate in network projects, migrations, and expansions, ensuring minimal disruption and high efficiency.
