Job Title: Middle Management Graphic Designer

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at the middle management level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves overseeing the design team, ensuring high-quality output, and collaborating with various departments to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement design strategies that align with company goals.
Oversee the creation of visual content for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Ensure all design projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to create cohesive and effective designs.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design work.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Manage budgets and resources for the design department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with web design and UX/UI principles.
Familiarity with video editing software such as VYOND, Camtasia, etc.
Experience with authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.
Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
