Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with web design and UX/UI principles.
Familiarity with video editing software such as VYOND, Camtasia, etc.
Experience with authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.
Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
