Project Manager - Custom Software Development
Job Description
Lead and manage complex custom development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies specific to custom development requirements.Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide guidance to team members working on custom development projects.Utilize hands-on business analysis skills to contribute to the project's business requirements, process modeling, data analysis, and solution assessmentCommunicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior managementIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiencyMentor and coach junior project managers and team membersEnsure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements Who You Are:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; PMP certification preferredProven experience managing large-scale projects in a dynamic environmentStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsHands-on business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysisSolid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environmentProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
