Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Business Owner of 'Accolade' (R&D project management tool): Collaborate with business to implement solutions; Maintain user access and licensesChair system Governance committee; Member of PDP/TDP process committee and business steering committeeAnalyzes business problems and opportunities: evaluate and define business processes and systems to meet user requirementsLead strategic initiatives to enhance systems and user experiences, identify improvement areas and lead end-to-end implementation.Support data extraction, analysis and cleansing cleansing activities from various ERPs and eQM/eQA Tools.Perform functions on digital tool and data governance - data quality, compliance, security and privacy.Support eQA/eQM system development, validation and roll outs including trainings and knowledge management for digital toolsActively participate in regular governance meetings, contributing insights from the data management and system enhancement perspectives.Collaborate with globally across teams to identify and implement solutions to meet business needs and user requirementsData Engineering, Management and application development in Palantir Foundry:Train business users on new reports, dashboards, and landing pages, enhancing their understanding and ability to derive insights. Desired Competencies and Skills:Profound Project Management and process improvement skillsKnowledge and experience in eQA/eQM Tools and other industrial standards (e.g. ISO, GxP or other)Strong proficiency in managing enterprise applications like Accolade and data analytics platforms such as Palantir Foundry.Reliable and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks and projects.Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and changing business needs.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive strategic enhancements through innovative solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams across the organization.
