As a Generative AI Specialist, your role will involve harnessing the power of state-of-the-art language models to create intelligent and impactful applications. Who you are:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Data Science, Computer Science or a related field. Proficiency in English (Verbal, Written)Professional Skills, Qualifications and ExperiencePrimary Skills:Two years or more of experience in large, matrixed organizationsStrong Generative AI and LLM Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in working with large language models such as ChatGPT, Llama-2/3, Mistral and GPT-3.5/4. Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions using LLMsWorking experience in frameworks such as Langchain or Llamaindex. Good understanding of various RAG approaches alongwith pros/consPractical experience in Prompt engineering and its nuances for different LLMsGood understanding of MLOps/LLMOpsExperience of having developed Agents in enterprise contexts is a plusSoftware Development Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, and NLTK.Problem-Solving Abilities: Analytical mindset to tackle complex NLP challenges and solve using GenAI Secondary Skills:Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify business problems that can be addressed through GenAI solutions.Experience in working with GBS functions or similar shared services environments is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearlyAbility to work on a dynamic, research-oriented team with concurrent projectsStay current with industry trends and advancements in generative AI technology to drive innovation.Key Responsibilities:Design and Implement Conversational AI Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create virtual assistants, chatbots, and other conversational AI systems. Use state of the art conversational AI products and additionally leverage LLM models to build natural language interfaces for users.NLP Techniques and Applications: Apply cutting-edge natural language processing (NLP) techniques to solve real-world problems within the GBS domainsCustomize prompts: Develop and customize prompts that run against pre-trained large language models (LLMs) to specific domains or tasks. Fine-tune models, if need be using domain-specific data to improve outcomesIntegrate LLMs into Products: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate LLMs into web applications, mobile apps, and other software products. Ensure seamless user experiences.Text Generation and Content Creation: Use LLMs to generate creative content, including articles, marketing copy, and personalized recommendations.Ethical Considerations: Understand the ethical implications of AI language models and ensure responsible deployment. Address biases and promote fairness in AI-generated content.Ideation & Innovation: Keep continuous tab on the evolution in Generative AI; seek opportunities where GenAI can be applied within the context.
