Senior Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for the entire procurement lifecycle for IT-related purchases, including software, hardware, and consultant services, utilizing SAP. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Responsibilities:Purchase Requests:Timely creation of accurate purchase requests for software and hardware in SAP.Ensure all necessary information is captured for efficient processing and approval.Vendor Management:Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness before timely payment.Maintain positive relationships with key vendors.Consultant Management:Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of IT consultants, ensuring a smooth transition.Reporting & Analysis:Provide requested metrics and reports on procurement activities for senior management.Collaboration:Engage effectively with IT and business stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely support.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 +year of experience in procurement, preferably within an IT environment.Experience using SAP for procurement processes is a strong plus.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate reports.Experience managing a small team (preferred).Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Gain valuable experience in IT procurement and SAP.
