SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY / PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Primarily to assist Global Marcom Managers & to work collaboratively with PS Marcom or stakeholders to create and deploy high quality, effective product or segment-driven marketing communication tacticsIn collaboration with the Marcom manager, execute marcom activities through multi-channel / integrated approach to support business goals in terms of awareness, thought leadership, engagement, ecommerce, lead and opportunity generation for products and integrated solutions. The scope includes Marketing campaign or tool launch and maintenance (such as blog, web, apps). Develop promotional, thought leadership, and technical assets such as flyers, brochures, articles, white papers, banners, social media posts, and emails incl. management of internal content review and approval process. Upload assets to internal repositories.In collaboration with paid media agencies, execute the paid media plan and provide analysis for improvements. Process marketing leads by uploading them in the cloud or CRM Support for global & local trade shows, conferences, and events. Communicate on campaign deliverables and progress through internal communication tools and channels. Report on expenses. Job Location: Shared Business Services, BangaloreShift timing: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSExecutes the paid media plan, including product profile listing and PAT/software campaigns, resizing banners, developing email blasts, and delivering assets to FOUR (paid media agency).Provides administrative support, including creating tactic IDs and managing budgets in SFDC, supporting the upload or archival of collateral in SFDC, creating requests for Purchase Orders (POs), and uploading photos/images to the MAM/Studio M library as needed.Manages digital assets and website updates, including Technical Article Pages (TAP)/category/campaign page optimization, updates, and creation, managing JIRA tickets, and updating website links.Coordinates design and creative production by managing internal creative tools for collateral creation or outsourcing to external designers, overseeing rounds of edits and ensuring accurate implementation, and initiating the official asset review and approval process through internal tools.Executes social media campaigns by managing the Internal Social Media campaign tool and creating EOS posts for all products (Low to High Tier)QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCEMaster’s Degree in Life Science/ master's degree in marketing & communications, Journalism, or a related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience in the relevant fieldHubSpot/Hootsuite Marketing Certification-desirableGoogle Ads Certification-preferred.Google Analytics Certification-desirable.Facebook Blueprint Certification-desirable.Experience with paid media execution and campaign management.Proficiency in administrative support tasks and budget management in SFDC.Familiarity with asset management, website updates, and tools such as MS TEAMS, Lytho, JIRA, Oracle, and SFDC.Ability to coordinate design and creative production, including working with external designers.Experience with social media execution and campaign management.Knowledge of portfolio branding and trademark requirements.
