A successful candidate will be an enterprise-wide expert with broad and deep salesforce techno-functional skills, deep industry knowledge of consumer relationship management with unparalleled technical acumen in Salesforce platform architecture, design and developing Sales solutions that align to our business strategies.Position : Salesforce BA/Solution ArchitectLocationIND, Bangalore, KAHow You'll Create Possibilities :**********************************Lead discovery efforts to gather necessary information from clients and internal team members to appropriately understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.Design scalable solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and support full software lifecycleLead design and build efforts associated with Sales solutions following Agile methodologyHands on configuration/customization of the Salesforce productComfortable in developing quick POC to prove out technology/design aspectsGuide and lead a Salesforce developers, partner with other functions across IT to ensure collaboration, consistency, and quality of solutionsAutomate tools, processes and technology to allow for greater engineering throughput, quality and progress.Ensure project delivery on time and on budget and in scopeTranslate business needs into detailed technical requirements for platform configuration, data schemas and system integrations to deliver against business needs.Work closely with project management team to manage workflow and deadlines across multiple, simultaneous platform-related projects and change controls. What You'll Bring to Our TeamJob Description:******************Required Technical Skills :8+ years of CRM experience using Salesforce platformMinimum 5+ years’ analysis, design, and development of Salesforce Sales and service cloud experience within large scale along with 3rd party integrationsMinimum 3 end-to-end implementation Salesforce Sales clouds. Required Qualifications :************************BE/ B Tech in Computer Science or equivalent disciplineAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud along with knowledge on integrations such as ERP etc.Other CRM platforms, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.Proficient in SQL, Apex, LWC, Java and VisualForce, and collaboration tool such as JIRA, Confluence.Hands on web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience with Salesforce Sales, and Service clouds.Knowledge of Agile Methods - Scrum Knowledge of integration and headless/composable architecture as well as third-party integration tools and ETL (Such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi etc.) with SalesforceExperience managing and upskilling teams and supporting individual team member growthComfortable working with all levels of an organization and capable of communicating as effectively with technical staff as with business and management.Deep functional and technical understanding of SaaS, PaaS and other Cloud Computing Services is a plusProven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate enterprise systems.Awareness of programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform including Apex, LWCs and VisualForceGood communication & problem-solving skills
