Job Description

Overall responsible for all production/process/utility equipment, maintenance of the site through planned and preventative maintenance, fault-finding at breakdowns, repairs and execution of work generated through SAP module. Coordinate, design and execute all Capex and Maintenance projects.Who you are: Basic/ Minimum Qualifications:Experience: 5 to 10 YearsEducation: Bachelor of Electrical EngineerWork Location- Bangalore Jigani OfficePreferred Qualifications:Daily maintenance and operation work and activities to meet business needs with regards to operations cost, reliability of the plant, development of employees, continuous improvement of utility systems.Ensure all the Engineering activities carried out are in line with Environment Health and Safety Policy.Cooperate with maintenance team for maintenance plan execution and trouble shooting.To plan and execute for PM, calibration of instrument.To attend minor & major breakdown of Elect. equipment, Required Electrical supervisor LicenseTo maintain records of water, Diesel, Solar energy units, BESCOM units.Responsible for thermic oil heater, chilling & brine plantMaintain a safe work environment.Creating safety awareness amongst all workersTo understand the role of fire-fighter & first Aider during emergency, Handling Hydrant system.Responsible for maintaining the Engineering stockRequired to work around the shifts HT/LT panel operation and maintenance VCBs and ACBs operation and maintenanceOperation & Maintenance of Air cooled and Oil cooled Transformers Diesel Generator sets operation and maintenance Motor and their starters (DOL, Star-Delta & VFD) operation and maintenance Maintaining Power factor by using Capacitors Bank UPS operations and maintenance Knowledge on Electrical Safety, Fire detection systemsAble to read blueprints and technical drawingsTesting of Relay logic as well as PLC logic and troubleshooting.Testing of Control and Power Wiring. Troubleshooting and Maintenance.Should have deep knowledge on AC motors, PLC, AC drives, DC drives, pneumatics, servomotors starters troubleshooting and Maintenance.Solid Electro-Mechanical knowledge along with experience applying this knowledge to process/equipment design and troubleshootingMonitor and Analysis MTTF, MTTR.Root cause analysis of failure and corrective & preventive action implementationDeveloping and maintaining quality standards.Developing and maintaining associate safety standards.Manages maintenance personnel by setting direction and priorities.Provides training and continuous development on all maintenance personnel.Drives the Maintenance and Reliability initiative focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, not reactive.Performs other duties by coordinating work with outside inspections, providing project management, ensuring safety of personnel, and performing other duties as required.
