Job Description

The Automation Service Delivery Manager at Global Enterprise Solution (GES) will play a crucial role in driving Automation As a Service strategy. You will be responsible to strategize, align, setup and execute Automation As a Service model. You will ensure multiple automation project are delivered on time with quality. Who you are:Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer scienceProficiency in English (Verbal, Written) Professional Skills, Qualifications and ExperiencePrimary Skills:Proven experience 13-15 years of experience in delivering automation (RPA, Low Code App Development) projects.Good understanding of different technologies in Automation space (RPA, Workflow Automation, Low code app development)Experienced in driving Automation As Service model, operating model, charging model, Benefits/ROI frameworkExperienced in implementing innovative delivery & operating model to delivery automations at scale with speed.Should have strong hold on all aspect of project management, automation portfolio management, , change management, . Stakeholder Management – Experienced in managing internal & external stakeholder effectively.Secondary Skills:Enterprise Architecture – Should be well versed with enterprise architecture landscape.Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify business problems that can be addressed through Automation solutions.Innovation: Stay curious and explore technologies trendsConsulting & Customer centric mindset.Experience in delivering solutions for GBS domains (Finance, Procurement, HR, Customer Experience etc) Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:Automation As A ServiceSetup Automation As A Service model to deliver multiple automation use cases to meet automation needs from different stakeholderOnboard different internal functions on Automation As A Service modelSetup all the pre-requisites needed including strategy, demand management, delivery management, maintenance of the automations.Setup charging model with the internal stakeholders for smoother execution of the serviceDevelop different KPIs to communicate progress, success of the Automation As Service ModelDelivery Management:Co-ordinate with multiple teams in Intelligent Automation COE to build delivery plan based on Demand PipelineManage capacity planning needed to deliver the automation pipelineStreamline hybrid delivery model with supplier to delivery catalogue-based automation in industrialized way by implementing effective governance.Take care of program and project management activities for all ongoing automation projects to ensure all automation delivery on time, with quality and within budget.Manage delivery governances with relevant stakeholder to communicate automation program status, drive escalation and support needsCollaborate with IT teams to ensure all IT pre-requisites are delivered on time. Take care of all types of reporting needed as part of Intelligent Automation functions.Manage Service Deliver activities for the maintenance activities being delivered by supplier to ensure support of live automation is delivered as per agreed SLA and quality.CommunicationResponsible for communications on different automation initiativesShould drive communication on go-lives of new automation, expected benefits and success stories through different channels to relevant audience.Stakeholder Management:Should have excellent stakeholder management skills to understand business expectation and deliver it through multiple teamsDrive multiple initiatives with varied skilled stakeholders across different rolesContinuous Learning and Adaptation:Keep abreast of advancements in the field of automation and AIKeep learning new technologies which can solve business problemsPrototyping and Rapid development: Working alongside other GES teams, develop quick prototypes, Proof-of-concepts, and Minimum-viable-products for the Automation Solutions Drive different workshop to discover automation use cases to solve business problems.
