Job Description

Business Analyst – Automation is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and automation solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze processes, and design to be process that streamline operations and improve productivity. Who you are:Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineeringProficiency in English (Verbal, Written) Professional Skills, Qualifications and ExperiencePrimary Skills:Proven experience of 6-8 years of experience as Business Analyst for RPA projectsExpertise in discovering automation opportunities, proposing process improvement/standardization and detailing business required to be ready for automationExperienced in building automation Business Cases, Process Design Documents by collecting process information, operational data from businessExcellent understanding of RPA tools capability and RPA project lifecycle Familiarity with process modeling and documentation tools.Experienced in managing projects for project delivered internally as well as projects being delivered by suppliersExpertise analysing processes at L3-L5 levels, SOPs and in probing business processes to capture all details around the processExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailSecondary Skills:Innovation: Stay curious and explore technologies trendsA proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for automation and process optimization.Experience in delivering solutions for GBS domains (Finance, Procurement, HR, Customer Experience etc) Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:Demand ManagementWork with multiple stakeholder to understand and capture the automation demandsPerform quick assessment and build business cases working with business SMEs, GPOs (Global Process Owners) and Automation architect by understanding all aspects of processesCo-ordinate with Business SMEs & GPOs to ensure assessment is completed withing agreed timelinesPrepare relevant documents as output of the automation assessment and update the demand databases.Support Demand manager on demand management activities Design Identify all needed stakeholder to provide step by step process demoCapture step by step process flow including different variation of processes, actors of the processes, applications involved.Probe business to understand if larger process can be automated to bring more valuesAnalyse if there are opportunities for process standardization and improvements before automationDesign and develop detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and process documentation to be ready for development.Build, review and get sign off on Process Design Documents from business stakeholdersSupport development team during implementation phase on requirements doubtsSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in resolving issues and defects during the testing phase.Stay up to date with RPA trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in automation initiatives.Ensure the demands status is updated and being tracked to ensure the agreed timelines are metWork on continuous improvement to make demand management process efficient and effectiveContribute to cross team initiatives around automationsConduct session and workshops with business to communicate Demand Management process, ways of working and discover automation opportunities.
