Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist with over 8 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert with a proven track record of managaing and supporting complex Citrix & NetScaler ADCs environments. Responsibilities:Manage and support Citrix virtualization solutions, including Citrix Virtual Applications & Desktops, and Citrix Cloud.Support Citrix NetScaler infrastructure, including load balancing, GSLB, authentication, and SSL offloading.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix solutions with other IT systems and applications.Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of Citrix-related issues.Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix configurations, processes, and procedures.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Citrix.Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in Citrix administration and engineering.Expertise in supporting multiple Citrix XenApp (CVAD), and Citrix Cloud environments atleast at an L2 level.Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Citrix NetScaler ADC appliances.Strong understanding of virtualization and networking concepts.Solid experience with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.Working knowledge on automation and scripting tools such as Powershell.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Good to Have:Worked in a highly regulated environment.
