Job Description

We seek an experienced Solution Architect - Data & Analytics within our global Data & AI Organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enable advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring that our data solutions align with industry standards and best practices.Who you are Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based data & analytics solutionsProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop data models, data transformation processes, and data integration strategies to ensure high-quality FAIR data productsEvaluate and recommend tools and technologies for data management, analytics, visualization and AI/GenAIEnsure compliance with data governance policies and best practices for data security and privacy.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data solutions to meet business requirements.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and architecture (e.g. Apache Iceberg)Experience of at least 3-5 years in data architecture, analytics, or related field.As a minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related discipline.Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure data solutions in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks…), data transformation and storage technologies (Spark, Apache Iceberg,…) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Knowledge around machine learning, AI and GenAI technologies (incl. agentic AI).Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.As a plus: experience in supply chain business domain (supply chain planning, supply chain analytics)
