Focus on Product understanding and adoption as key growth drivers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as an escalation point for customer issues</li> <li>Work with the team to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions</li> <li>Track Key customer Metrics (Product adoption and Usage, Revenue etc) to understand the customer profile and identify merchant profiles with Growth Potential. Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement</li> <li>Special focus on retention & identification of opportunities for upselling & cross-selling. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and support, meeting or exceeding customer expectations</li> <li>Work with other cross-functional teams (sales, product, Ops & marketing) as and when required. Help the team with Cross-Functional Escalations.</li> <li>Assist in the preparation of regular reports on customer success metrics, team performance, and customer feedback</li> </ul> <p><strong>Mandatory Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>4-5 years experience in sales experience in Fintech/SaaS or in a B2B setup.
