At Razorpay, the TPM is a highly diversified and critical role. It includes initiating, defining, planning, and executing intermediate to large scale, cross-functional, and company-wide programs. The TPM will be responsible for the strategies, processes, tools, & techniques to drive product development programs across Razorpay products. As a TPM, you will independently drive programs, influencing the roadmap priorities and technical direction across teams. You will work with stakeholders across the organization and own the communication on all aspects of the program, including surfacing risks and reporting on the progress towards the program goals. You will guide the team towards technical solutions and make trade-off decisions. You will drive program management best practices across the organization and mentor others to effectively deliver their programs. Roles and Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead planning, and execution of assigned program(s), which constitute multiple projects, ensuring critical success factors are defined and monitored and the objectives are achieved.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive program definition and scoping, own the program plan and the deliverables required for the program’s success.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and manage an integrated program schedule, and monitor and report on progress.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Present program(s) status on a regular basis to stakeholders and senior executives.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">At the heart of this role is delivery. You will be a problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Be responsible for making decisions, and achieving tactical goals while retaining a strategic focus.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prioritize projects, leveraging data to drive decisions.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define, refine, and continuously improve processes and practices to drive efficiency and scale.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish excellent working relations with all internal and external partners, with an emphasis on removing roadblocks to program success.</li> </ul> Mandatory Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Total 6+ years, with 4+ years in a technical role and 2+ years working as a project manager or program manager in software or related industries.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, or a related field.
