Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. This position is part of our "Resume with Razorpay" program with a special focus on supporting women returning to work after a break.   About Razorpay  Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. It also encompasses validating ideas being considered for driving revenue growth. Key objective responsibilities include -  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Opportunity map for each vertical basis relevant methods / products</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Deduce new patterns / evolving trends in business - method share shaping, feature adoption etc.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Mapping external markers for triangulation / hypothesis validation</li> </ul>   What are the qualification criteria for suitable candidate ? <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum 3 years of past experience in business analytics</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Past experience of working closely with sales teams</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum 2 years of experience working with startups</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Past experience with -</li> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Scenario Analysis</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Forecasting models / Predictive modeling</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Business plan modeling</li> </ul> </ul>   Key markers for success ? <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Self driven and motivated</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfort with unstructured problem solving</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Hunger to win & relentless</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Impact focused vs. analysis focused</li> </ul>   A successful intern will need to quickly grasp the business fundamentals, understand the key revenue challenges and leverage data to validate / discover new business levers. Implementation focused mindset will be the core to success in this role.
