font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Own and assist smooth onboarding of clients </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage end-to-end funnel on New Initiative Products - new merchant acquisition and upselling of products to existing clients</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">3+ years of total experience in customer success or account management within the banking industry or a Fintech company</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Candidate from a product-based background is preferable with an understanding of current account and digital solution/payments reconciliation/API payouts(neo banking products)</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Farming experience in retention, Upselling, and cross-selling.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
