Senior UX Designer
Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centered experiences for our digital products and platforms.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements and business goalsCreate intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product adoptionAdvocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to the evolution of the design system and guidelinesMentor and guide junior UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovationConnect with other product teams to ensure a common visual appearance of products.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fieldProven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX design projectsProficiency in the Figma design toolSolid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience working in an agile environment and collaborating with development teamsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the healthcare, life science, or electronics industriesFamiliarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principlesKnowledge of accessibility standards and best practicesExperience with design systems and component libraries
