font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p> <p> </p> <strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Key responsibilities for this role include:</span></strong></div> <div> </div> <ol> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Developing and executing strategies to onboard and nurture start-up clients, and helping them achieve their financial goals through Razorpay's products and services.</span></div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the start-up ecosystem, including founders, investors, and other decision-makers.</span></div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Leading and managing a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimum performance and customer satisfaction.</span></div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and product enhancement, based on feedback received from start-up clients.</span></div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay updated on the market landscape and identify potential growth opportunities.</span></div> <div> </div> </li> </ol> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Requirements : </span></div> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.</span></div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in account management or business development, preferably in the start-up or fintech industry.</span></div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.</span></div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.</span></div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.</span></div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</span></div> <div> </div> </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
