Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/x/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/x/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw0ab_bX0WbaTqedmVsyWBbZ"> Razorpay X</a>) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/capital/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/capital/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw2ymFZuuzdG2i4lPyqQYP5I"> Razorpay Capital</a>). </div></div>The Role As a Product Manager, you will be working towards the vision of making it ridiculously easy for businesses to digitally move money at scale. You will be responsible for imagining and building the core transactions' use-cases and experiences for businesses. This will involve a mix of strong product sense, first principles thinking, data analysis, platform product build and storytelling skills. You will work with a team of dedicated engineers/data analysts. You would be responsible for identifying problems, prioritizing ideas and solving them through product - right from problem discovery to conceptualization to launch. You should be comfortable carving out product strategy, helping build product roadmaps and setting up the right execution engine working with various stakeholders across data science, engineering, design and product teams. Roles and Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Devise Product Strategy: Define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conceptualize new solutions: Product Conceptualization with a problem first, data-driven and test & iterate approach. Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long-term view. Ensures value-based prioritization of product initiatives.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build products: Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build products that customers love. Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Launch products: Draft and execute a go-to-market plan in conjunction with Product Marketing.
