In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/x/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/x/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw0ab_bX0WbaTqedmVsyWBbZ"> Razorpay X</a>) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/capital/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/capital/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw2ymFZuuzdG2i4lPyqQYP5I"> Razorpay Capital</a>). </span></div></div><p> </p> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong><strong> </strong></p> <p>As an HRBP, you will ensure the well-being of every person at Razorpay within the Business Units you handle, while also designing interventions that help us scale faster. </p> <p><strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Should conduct all HR initiatives for example, Rewards and Recognition activities and coordinate with other stakeholders for operational and logistic tasks such as informing Payroll, HR operations Team etc.</li> <li>Should conduct regular town hall, surveys, career discussions, fun and engagement activities for the business and manage the end-to-end operational tasks. Engage and liaise with the vendors and the business to ensure the objective is met.
