This will include export payments, import payments, LRS, and other initiatives.</p> <p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for generating and qualifying leads in customer segments requiring cross-border payment solutions like e-commerce exporters, service providers, freelancers etc.</li> <li>Develop new lead generation opportunities for direct selling as well as building partner relations</li> <li>Effectively pitch and acquire new customers for Razorpay’s cross border payment solutions </li> <li>Execute the business development plan; achieve and exceed the targeted sales goals</li> <li>Coordinate with multiple teams like banking, marketing and product within the organization for achieving the required goals</li> <li>Identify new verticals for market expansion in the cross-border fintech space</li> <li>Contribute and work for business development activities like conducting sales events, webinars, classroom sessions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Mandatory Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5-7 years of professional experience in Business Development/Account Management/ Sales Experience preferably within payments industry</li> <li>Experience in Payments Industry/Banking/Fintech is a must</li> <li>Experience in Cross Border payments Industry in Fintech or Banking is a Plus</li> <li>Have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders.
