They are aligned with individual products and own them through the product journey. Responsible for the growth of the product, aligned to company goals, the PMM is expected to be the internal and external evangelist. They are responsible for launching the product as well identifying new avenues and opportunities. </span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Product Marketing Strategy: </strong>Own the local maxima for your product. Define and execute GTM for new launches and campaigns for driving growth. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Go-to-Market:</strong> Devise a go-to-market strategy to achieve overall business targets with cross collaboration with sales, marketing and product teams. Prepare compelling solution sales plays for multiple buyer personas, solving for differentiated business needs. Drive teams with sales plays and GTM campaigns to achieve organizational goals</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Market Landscaping and Research: </strong>Talk to customers, conduct market research, work with our product analysts and acquire insights that will deepen our understanding of target market segments and relevant audiences.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Product Evangelist</strong> - Act as an evangelist for your product internally and externally. Create brand awareness for your product inline with the Razorpay payments and overall Razorpay brand.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Optimize Across the Funnel:</strong> Work closely with Sales, analytics, Product and Marketing to continuously optimize and track the funnel for your products.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Product Innovation</strong>: Be on top of the voice of the customer as well as the happenings in the competitive landscape and the industry as a whole to include the product roadmap.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Enable User-Facing Teams: </strong>Enable and train the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by owning and driving the creation of collaterals, content, and demo.
